Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if necessary.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). Prices may change without prior notice.

Payments

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and other available payment methods displayed during checkout.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 24 hours and are usually delivered within 2–4 working days.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.

Warranty

Selected products include a 14-Day Checking Warranty against manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage
• Water damage
• Damage caused by misuse or improper installation
• Normal wear and tear

Returns & Replacements

Replacements are provided only if:

• The item is damaged during delivery.
• The wrong item is delivered.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

Customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order with clear photos or videos.

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind or incorrect purchases.

Limitation of Liability

Pocket Palace is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.
