Returns & Replacements

• We accept replacements only in the following situations:
• The product is damaged during delivery.
• The wrong item was delivered.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.
• Customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photos or videos as proof.

Warranty

Eligible products include a 14-Day Checking Warranty against manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage
• Water damage
• Burnt or damaged due to incorrect use
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by improper installation or misuse

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered if the delivered item is damaged, defective, or incorrect after verification.
